Kodey Hoover possesses extensive experience in customer service and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Service Agent at Prosper Insurance and a Retention Specialist at Evertree Insurance since November 2020, Kodey has developed strong skills in client relations and retention strategies. Previous roles include General Manager at Sweetberry Bowls, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, marketing, labor and food cost management, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Kodey also held multiple positions at Chick-fil-A-Franchise over a ten-year span, including Senior Manager and Operational Excellence Coach, demonstrating a solid foundation in team leadership and operational efficiency. Kodey is an alumnus of Tidewater Community College.
