Adam Fair serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Development at Prosper Canada since September 2017, having previously held the position of Director of Programs at the same organization from May 2007 to 2015. Adam Fair has pursued extensive education in nonprofit leadership, earning an Executive Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School between January 2018 and April 2023, a Graduate Diploma in Social Innovation from the University of Waterloo during 2011-2012, and engaging in various executive education programs at Harvard Kennedy School focused on performance measurement and strategic fundraising for nonprofit leaders.
