Ricky Chen is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in healthcare data analytics and engineering. Currently serving as CTO and Head of Engineering at Prospection Pty Ltd since January 2012, Ricky has been instrumental in leveraging predictive analytics and machine learning to enhance healthcare outcomes across various therapy programs in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Ricky was the CTO of Minedash from January 2011 to January 2014, where innovative projects were executed across diverse industries. Ricky also held positions as Tech Lead at Macquarie Group from January 2006 to October 2010 and as a Technical Consultant at Accenture from January 2004 to January 2006, focusing on leading tech teams and delivering technical solutions.
