Kari Chapman has extensive work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Kari currently holds the position of Vice President at Prosio Communications, a role they assumed in March 2021. In this capacity, they oversee the account services team, fosters client relationships, and provides strategic counsel on communication efforts and media relations.

Prior to their current role, Kari worked as a Public Relations Director at Prosio Communications, starting in August 2013. As director, they managed firm accounts, provided strategic counsel, and led business development efforts. Kari also served as a firm representative and assisted with overall firm operations.

Before joining Prosio Communications, Kari worked as a Senior Account Supervisor at Katz & Associates from September 2007 to August 2013. In this role, they directed accounts, managed advertising and public relations campaigns, and provided strategic solutions to clients. Notably, they led statewide efforts for the California Office of Traffic Safety and managed several other agency clients, including the California DMV and Caltrans.

Kari's earlier experience includes working as an Account Supervisor at Augustine & Associates from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they served as an Analyst at the California State Lottery from October 1998 to February 2003. Kari began their career as a Student Assistant at the California Department of Health Services, a position they held from 1994 to 1998.

Kari Chapman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from California State University-Sacramento. Kari attended the university from 1990 to 1995.
