Jason Minion has a long and varied work experience in the fitness industry. Jason began their career in 1997 as a Sales Manager at Fitness Depot. In 2004, they took a brief position as an Outside Sales at Unisource Canada, where they helped increase their territory's sales by 20%. In 2006, they became the Director of Retail Operations for the Western Canadian chain of fitness retail stores, Fitness Town Inc. Jason then moved on to become the Co-Owner and Founding Partner of Rx Apparel in 2010. In 2014, they were appointed as the Director of Operations at Fitness Equipment of Calgary, where they were responsible for training personnel in consultative selling methods, customer service, and problem resolution. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Fitness Experience, leading operational efficiencies, staffing, sales and sales leadership. In 2019, they took on two roles, becoming the Business Development Manager at Chelsea King Inc. and the Co-Author of The One Big Thing with Brian Tracy. Finally, in 2022, they became the CXO | Customer Success Management at Proshark.
