Marie Degraeve currently serves as a Magistraat in opleiding at Openbaar Ministerie - Ministère Public, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Marie was a Senior Associate at Four & Five from April 2023 to September 2024. Previous experience includes working as a Legal Counsel at The Harbour from October 2021 to March 2023 and as an Advocate at Portelio between September 2018 and October 2021. Marie also completed an internship at the Grondwettelijk Hof - Cour Constitutionnelle in August 2017. Marie Degraeve earned a Master of Laws degree from Ghent University, where studies were completed from 2012 to 2018.
