Kenji Morimoto

Kenji Morimoto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kenji started their career as a Business Development Manager at Afrilink: Entrepreneurs International in 2010. Kenji then worked at Brown University, where they held multiple leadership roles, including Japanese Cultural Association Co-President, Asian/Asian American History Month Co-Coordinator, and VISIONS Managing Editor.

In 2011, Kenji joined Mahindra & Mahindra as Deputy Manager in the Office of Strategic Management and later became Deputy Manager in Mahindra Partners, where they focused on Corporate Strategy & Digital Initiatives. After that, they worked at Cognolink Limited as a Senior Research Associate, specializing in Private Equity in North America.

Kenji joined Third Bridge Group Limited in 2014 as a Senior Research Associate for the ASEAN & Australia region. Kenji then became a Senior Manager, responsible for primary research and due diligence of operational, strategic, financial, and technological trends for global public equity clients.

In 2020, Kenji ventured into entrepreneurship and co-founded Asian Aroids, a B2C plant shop selling rare tropical cuttings throughout the UK and EU. Kenji also worked as a Fermentation Columnist at PURE NPD, contributing articles on fermentation and new product development.

Kenji further expanded their expertise in the research industry by joining Consverge in 2020 as the Global Head of Research & Operations. Kenji played a crucial role in sales acquisition strategy, operational processes, and product differentiation at the early-stage start-up.

In 2021, Kenji joined Pitch121 as the Head of Customer Success, overseeing customer satisfaction and success. Currently, they work at proSapient as the Associate Director of Client Services, focusing on delivering excellent client service.
