Marco Junqueira possesses extensive experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a Vessel Superintendent at DOF since March 2022, focusing on the management of PLSVs. Prior roles include working as a Ship Superintendent at Empresa de Navegação Elcano SA, where responsibilities encompassed the maintenance management of LPG and Chemical Tankers, technical issue resolution, and process improvements. Marco also held the position of Offshore Vessel Manager at V.Group, overseeing the full management of PSV 3000 and FSVs, and has experience as Chief Engineer and instructor in Dynamic Positioning. Marco's educational background includes a degree in Ship Superintendency from Lloyd's Maritime Academy and postgraduate studies in Maintenance Engineering and Political and Strategic Studies.
