Cody Nagy is a seasoned professional with significant experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at PROS since June 2018, Cody is focused on ensuring client satisfaction throughout the subscription lifecycle and leads the Customer Adoption Program. Prior roles at PROS include Customer Success Manager and Customer Adoption Consultant, where insights and prescriptive advice were provided to enhance customer engagement with pricing solutions. Previous experience includes leadership positions at ESB Student Consulting e.V. and Volkswagen AG, as well as a District Manager role at College Works Painting, where Cody managed substantial client accounts and trained multiple interns. Cody holds degrees in International Management from ESB Business School and a B.B.A. in Finance from North Carolina State University.
