Aron Badalov currently serves as the Head of Loan Accounting Operations at Proprietary Capital since June 2024. Prior to this role, Aron held the position of First Vice President at PENNYMAC from October 2012 to June 2024, where responsibilities included managing portfolios for GNMA, EBO, and Private labels, as well as overseeing servicing income and cash flows on mortgage servicing rights. Earlier experience includes working as an Internal Audit – Operation Project Consultant at Bank of America, where important audit requests were supported, and as a Financial Analyst in Real Estate Financing at PNC, focusing on evaluating loan qualifications through financial analysis. Aron earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge, from 2005 to 2007.
