Hayley Emmons possesses extensive experience in proposal management and strategic content creation within the language services industry. Currently serving as RFP Manager at Propio Language Services since October 2022, Hayley supports proposal functions and develops business deliverables, including requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs). Previously, as Director of Contracting at Telelanguage from March 2016 to October 2022, Hayley maintained high standards of professionalism while managing similar responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles in government account management at Facilities Connection, retail management at Below the Knee, and project coordination at Reagan Marketing + Design. Hayley holds a Master of Art in Leadership Studies/Health Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor of Science in Advertising/Public Relations from Grand Valley State University.
