Prabhu Ganesan is an experienced mainframe modernization consultant currently working at Prophecy Technologies since October 2022. Previously, Prabhu held similar roles at Neiman Marcus Group, where efforts focused on converting file processing to COBOL DB2 programs for Accounts Payable, and at Ford Motor Company, developing ETL pipelines and workflows for data extraction and reporting. Earlier experience includes positions at General Motors as a Systems Analyst, Allstate as a DB2 Data Migration Analyst, Kemper as a Software Engineer, and American Express as a Mainframe Developer. Prabhu holds an MTech in Data Science and Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a BEng in Production Engineering with Computer Science from the University of Madras.
