Stephen Swencki is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Property Solutions Inc. since June 2024, Stephen focuses on nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Previously at Lender Consulting Services from July 2012 to June 2024, Stephen managed key accounts and drove business development for commercial real estate lending due diligence services. Earlier roles include General Manager overseeing construction inspections and environmental assessments, and Foreman/Supervisor managing hazardous material control projects.
