Dominic Rossi is the Founder and Managing Director of Property Management Recruitment, established in January 2008, which specializes in block management and staffing solutions within the UK Block Management sector. In addition, Dominic is the Founder and Director of Verto Training, launched in September 2019, providing accredited training courses for site-based staff. As a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Verto HR since June 2013, Dominic has developed a comprehensive recruitment and consultancy service for managing agents in the residential property management market. Dominic's prior experience includes service in the British Army from 1985 to 1992. Currently, Dominic is pursuing a Master’s degree in Military History at the University of Buckingham, set to complete in 2024.
