Thanh Ha is an accomplished Product Owner at Property Exchange Australia Ltd (PEXA), with significant experience in leading cross-border agile squads since April 2017. Key achievements include spearheading the implementation of ACT and enabling near-total electronic lodgement in Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia. Prior roles at PEXA involved serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst, where Thanh successfully partnered with the State Revenue Office and led initiatives for electronic lodgement and National Mortgage processes. Previously, Thanh worked at ANZ from 2007 to 2016, advancing from Servicing Officer to Senior Assessment Officer, and ultimately to Business Analyst, driving the redesign of business processes for major projects.
