Kate Towey is a seasoned legal professional serving as a Partner at Allens. With a strong commitment to governance and corporate law, Kate holds the position of Panel Member at the Australian Takeovers Panel since April 2023 and has been an active member of the Law Council of Australia's Corporations Committee since June 2021. In addition, Kate is involved with the Property Council of Australia as a Global Investments Committee Member since December 2017 and has held the role of Director at OzHarvest since 2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney, as well as education from the University of Technology Sydney.
