Joel Fyfe is an experienced marketing professional with extensive expertise in the property sector. Currently serving as a Committee Member for the Retirement Living Council's Advocacy and Research Sub-Committee at the Property Council of Australia since July 2023, Joel has also held the position of National Marketing Manager - Communities at Aveo Group since February 2022. Prior to this, Joel worked at Ingenia Communities Group as National Marketing Manager - Residential Projects from September 2014 to January 2022 and as Marketing Manager from September 2012 to September 2014. Joel's career includes significant roles at Springfield Land Corporation and Lend Lease, with foundational experience in project sales and marketing at Vanwell Pty Ltd and Cavalier Realty Metro West. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Urban Development from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Griffith University.
