Yan Karasik is a seasoned technology and engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect and Salesforce Software Developer at Propel Software since September 2019, Yan specializes in Salesforce software development using various technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Java, and React, while adhering to Agile methodologies. Previous roles include Head of Quality and Business Systems at Owlcam, where Yan implemented PLM systems, and Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering at Verizon, overseeing the production of consumer electronics and IoT products. Yan also held leadership positions at Amazon Lab126, BridgeWave Communications, and Ceragon Networks, managing NPI programs and operations across local and international teams. Yan's career began in the Israeli Air Force as a Technical Officer, followed by a strong educational background with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Technion and an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
