Kathryn Jurkovich is currently a Consultant at Propeller. Prior to that, they were a Senior Relationship Manager, Faculty Success at 2U from October 2019 to May 2022. In that role, they were responsible for establishing and managing relationships with five university graduate programs, including one of the largest and most VIP clients, serving as the sole point of contact for faculty and leadership stakeholders. Kathryn also researched, developed, and led professional development trainings for the team and was a key member of the hiring team, leading and managing the on-boarding process, including mentoring new hires. Kathryn was also responsible for leading the transition of a new program-wide Learning Management System, including communications roll-out plan, relationship and change management, and continually monitoring success through frequently collected data.

Prior to their time at 2U, Kathryn was a Contract Specialist at CareerWise Colorado from February 2019 to May 2019.
