LeAnn Vance is an experienced professional currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at Propeller Talent since November 2022, where expertise is focused on recruiting and retaining top C-suite and VP-level executives within industrial services and manufacturing sectors. Prior to this role, LeAnn worked as a Research Analyst, providing valuable support to recruiters and consultants. From September 2016 to December 2024, LeAnn held the position of Lead Teaching Artist at First Stage, a Wisconsin leader in arts-in-education programming, contributing to the development and implementation of arts-integrated curricula in the Greater Milwaukee area. LeAnn earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Performance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in May 2015.
