Russell Kruse currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Propelled Brands since May 2023. Prior to this role, Russell was Chief Legal Officer at Premium Service Brands from February 2021 to May 2023, contributing to a franchisor of various home service brands while being part of the executive leadership team. Previous experience includes partnering at Royer Caramanis PLC, where the practice focused on business and management-side employment, and working as an attorney at Tucker Griffin Barnes P.C. and Paullin Law. Russell also practiced as an associate attorney at Hunton & Williams LLP, representing Fortune 500 companies in mass tort and product liability litigation. Additional legal positions were held at Leach Travell Britt, BuckleySandler LLP, and Harman Claytor Corrigan & Wellman. Russell holds a Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Saint Louis University.
