Selena Rojas has a long and varied work experience. Selena began their career in 2007 as a Team Member at Whole Foods Market, where they worked in both Floral & Front End and Catering positions. In 2008, they became an Assistant Manager at Crumbs Bake Shop. In 2010, they started working at NYU Langone Medical Center as an Administrative Coordinator, where they administered, reconciled, and audited facilities management inventory accounts for 2 million dollars annually. In 2015, they joined Council on Accreditation as a Human Resources Assistant and a Human Resources Generalist, where they participated in continual learning and development, kept up on new regulations, conducted job and compensation analyses, and evaluated hiring practices. That same year, they also worked as an e-Discovery Analyst at Firefly Resources Ltd. In 2019, they began working at Fix-it 24/7 Home Services, Inc. as a Human Resources and Payroll Manager, where they improved HR processes, streamlined commission-based payroll system, and developed process for acquisition onboarding. In 2021, they moved to Engineers Without Borders USA as a Human Capital Manager, and in 2022 they began working at Proof as a Senior People Operations Manager.

Selena Rojas has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global, which they earned between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned an Accounting degree from Baruch College between 2013 and 2015. Selena also holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the Community College of Aurora, which they earned between 2004 and 2005.
