Cynthia Steinke-Dobbins has worked in a variety of industries since 1997. Her work experience includes being a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician, Bookkeeper, and Cashier at Walgreens from 1997 to 2003. From 2003 to 2011 they worked at Hyvee Grocery as a Nutritionist and Health Market Manager. From 2011 to 2013 they worked at Eyecare Specialties as a Contact Lens Technician. From 2013 to 2019 they worked at Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy as a Buyer and Store Manager. From 2019 to 2020 they worked at Boulder Valley Center for Dermatology as a Medical Receptionist. Currently, they are a Server Operations & Logistics Manager at Proof, where they are focused on managing all aspects of the market's success.

Cynthia Steinke-Dobbins obtained their Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition Services from the University of Nebraska between 1995 and 2002. Additionally, they obtained their Mortgage Loan Originator certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in November 2021.
