Teresa Hess is a seasoned professional in total rewards and human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Proofpoint since March 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Total Rewards at Veeam Software, Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations at NetBase Quid, and Vice President of Total Rewards at Concentrix. Earlier positions include Senior Director roles at both First Tech Federal Credit Union and McAfee, along with serving as Head of Human Resources at ClearEdge Power.
