Rogerio Morais is currently the Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean at Proofpoint, a position held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Morais served as Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean at RSA Security from September 2012 to June 2021. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager for Latin America at Crossbeam Systems and as General Manager for Brazil at IBM Internet Security Systems. Earlier career roles include Sales and Marketing Director at Interare do Brasil Ltda. and Sales Director at Internet Security Systems, Inc. Morais’ professional experience began with various sales positions at Baan - Brazil and South Cone. Educational qualifications include a degree from Harvard Business School focused on negotiation and strategy, an MBA in Marketing from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, and a degree from Escola Politécnica da USP.
