Nir Barak is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software development and system programming. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Agent R&D at Proofpoint since November 2019, Nir also holds the position of Director of Agent Development and Unix Architect at ObserveIT since January 2014. Prior roles include Director of Development at CA Technologies and CA from 1999 to January 2014, Development Team Lead at Memco from 1997 to 1999, and various system programming roles in the Israel Defense Forces from 1991 to 1997. Nir holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained in 1991.
