Ema Hilaj is an experienced sales management professional currently serving as the Director of Sales Management at both PRONOVEA and Elite Events since October 2021 and February 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Ema worked at Allan Lloyds as a Senior Conference Manager from May 2013 to October 2021, where responsibilities included organizing significant events such as "The Third Annual Strategic Sourcing and Procurement in Pharma Industry" in Amsterdam. Ema holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting and a Master's degree in Accounting from "Luigj Gurakuqi" University, as well as a prior education at Ate Pjeter Meshkalla from 2005 to 2009.
