Haseeb Qureshi, SHSM, BCom, has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service and client support. Currently serving as a Customer Service & Ticket Agent for the City of Toronto since July 2017 and as a Client Sales & Support representative for ProNexis since May 2022, Haseeb demonstrates proficiency in managing administrative tasks, client consultations, and issue escalation in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, Haseeb held the position of VP of Marketing at the York Trading Club from February 2023 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing and executing marketing plans for events and activities. Haseeb gained foundational knowledge through a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from York University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Sheridan College, following the completion of a Specialist High Skills Major in Mechanical Engineering at Etobicoke Collegiate Institute.
