Joanna Rose-Gross has a diverse work experience. Joanna began their career in 2015 as a Graduate Assistant for Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution and a Graduate Practicum Student - Student Activities and Involvement at Illinois State University. In 2016, they took on the role of Assistant Conference Coordinator at The University of Kansas. In 2017, they became a Residence Education Coordinator at Purdue University. In 2019, they took on two roles, Operations Manager at Carolina Fitness Equipment and Title IX Case Manager at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. In 2020, they became a Manager of Partner Success (Happiness Expert Manager) and Customer Success Manager (Happiness Expert) at Presence. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Prompt.io.
Joanna Rose-Gross attended North Shore High School prior to attending SUNY Geneseo, where they received their Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 2015. Joanna then went on to Illinois State University, where they earned their Master's Degree in College Student Personnel Administration in 2017. In 2018, they obtained a Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualifying Administrator certification from IDI, LLC and a Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Instructor certification from the QPR Institute.
