Currently serving as Asesor de la Dirección de Promoción del Turismo at Promperu since August 2014, Carlos has previously worked as Abogado de la DNDT at Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo and as Asesor de la Sub Dirección de Operaciones Registrales RNP at Organismo Supervisor de las Contrataciones del Estado. From October 2008 to July 2013, Carlos held the position of Director de Normaitividad- Investigación y Registro at Ministerio de la Mujer y Desarrollo Social. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Management from Universidad de San MartÃn de Porres, a postgraduate degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, and a law degree from Universidad de Lima.
