Jessica McCormack has a diverse background in human resources and customer service, currently serving as an HR Officer and NOCC Support at PROMPCORP since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at SAY IT WITH FLOWERS from February 2015 to March 2020, where responsibilities included customer service and floral arrangements. Jessica has also gained extensive experience in recruitment and project management at Talent2 between February 2011 and May 2013. Educationally, Jessica holds a Certificate 3 in Floristry from Melbourne Polytechnic, completed between 2013 and 2016.
