Xevi Plana Solés has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Xevi started their career as a computer technician intern at Institut d'Ensenyament Secundari La Garrotxa in 2005, followed by a similar role at Ajuntament d'Olot in 2006. Xevi then worked as a systems administrator intern at FP Hospital Sant Jaume d'Olot in 2007, where they continued as a systems administrator from 2008 to 2010. Xevi Plana Solés then transitioned into the field of software development, working as a Backend Web Developer at Softonic from 2011 to 2015. Afterwards, they joined Suntransfers.com where they held the roles of Scrum Master, Software Engineer, Product Owner, and Scrum Master/Product Owner from 2015 to 2018. Their most recent position is as a Product Owner at Nektria from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed as a Product Owner at PromoFarma.com, beginning in October 2019.

Xevi Plana Solés attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2007 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Enginyeria Superior en Informàtica. Xevi obtained a Certificate in Advanced English from Cambridge in December 2011. In August 2012, Xevi Plana Solés received the MySQL 5 Developer Certification from Oracle. Xevi further enhanced their skills by completing an online course, "An Introduction to Interactive Programming in Python," offered by Rice University in June 2013. Xevi Plana Solés also obtained certifications in M101P: MongoDB for Developers from MongoDB Inc in November 2013 and "Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems" from the University of Maryland in April 2014. To expand their expertise in the field, they completed the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification through Scrum Alliance in February 2019. Lastly, Xevi Plana Solés achieved an advanced level certification as a Certified Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in December 2020.
