Svetlana Kabanenko has work experience in two companies. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Home Alliance, where they started as a Call Center Representative and later became the Appliance Department Call Center Manager and HVAC Department Manager. In 2020, they joined Promodo as an International Digital Marketing Account Manager and is currently working as a Business Development Manager.

Svetlana Kabanenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Management from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' in 2016. Svetlana then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Logistics from the same university, graduating in 2018.
