Liubov Miniailo has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Liubov started their career as a Recruitment Resourcer at Skyeng - online school in 2016. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Office Manager at Koncern "Safari" from February 2018 to January 2019. Liubov then joined Artjoker Software as an HR Generalist from February 2019 to March 2020. Following that, they served as a Human Resources Development Officer at Novaia Idea from May 2020 to May 2021. Currently, they work as a Corporate Culture Specialist at Promodo since May 2021.

Liubov Miniailo's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Liubov pursued a degree in Psychology and graduated with a Master's degree in 2018. In 2019, Liubov attended the "Bagazh" institution for a short time, studying System Personnel Management.
