Geanina Ioan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since September 2007, Geanina has served as the CEO and Founder of Chilli Ideas, a creative firm. In addition, Geanina has been the Country CEO for Romania, Serbia, Hungary, and Greece at Prominate since July 2017, overseeing global solutions for promotional materials within a joint venture with over 60 offices worldwide. Geanina was also a Board Member at IPPAG from September 2020 to May 2023. Educational pursuits include participation in Global CEO Programs at Wharton Executive Education and IESE Business School, as well as studies at NUS Business School and the Academia de Studii Economice din București.
