Rebecca Rudolph, PMP, is a seasoned project manager currently serving as a Manager at Prometheus Federal Services, where responsibilities include leading a $3 million contract portfolio with the Veterans Health Administration, overseeing project management plans, risk mitigation, budget management, and stakeholder relationships. Previous experience as a Senior Consultant at Trilogy Federal involved supporting the VHA Office of Veterans Access to Care, while a Senior Program Management Analyst role at Axiom Resource Management focused on strategic planning and risk management for the VA's Product Effectiveness program.
