Dimitri Gallos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry.

In 2014, they began their career as a Software Intern at Mannarino Systems and Software. Dimitri worked there for seven months before moving on to a Software Engineering Internship at Wind River in 2015.

In 2017, Dimitri joined 36Pix - Green Screen Software as an Image Processing Specialist. Dimitri spent a year in this role before transitioning to McGill University as a Teaching Assistant in 2018. At McGill, Dimitri gave presentations to large class sizes and designed programming assignments, providing assistance to students with their code.

Later in 2018, Dimitri became a Software Developer at wrnch, where they worked for two years before joining Sama as a Machine Learning Developer in 2020. At Sama, they worked on MLOps and deploying models for object detection and instance segmentation.

In the same year, Dimitri also took up a position as a Data Science Instructor at the Big Blue Data Academy. Here, they lectured on various topics including decision trees, SVMs, and programming fundamentals. Dimitri also prepared exercises and materials for advanced topics like CNNs and RNNs, and guided students in hands-on exercises.

Most recently, Dimitri joined Promaton in 2021 as a Machine Learning Engineer - Team Lead. A detailed description of their responsibilities in this role is not provided.

It's worth noting that Dimitri briefly mentioned in their work experience that they resigned from their role at Sama due to personal reasons and moved to Europe.

Dimitri Gallos earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from McGill University. This educational achievement occurred between 2012 and 2016. Subsequently, Dimitri pursued a Master's degree at McGill University in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in the Artificial Perception Lab. This advanced degree was acquired from 2016 to 2018.
