Olayinka Falade is an accomplished HR professional with an MBA in Human Resources from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. Currently serving as HR Manager at Promatic Nigeria since December 2017, Olayinka is responsible for developing HR infrastructure and aligning HR strategy with the company's vision. Previous experience includes a role as Human Resources Consultant at Peda Entertainment and HR Generalist at LCC-Lekki Concession Company Limited, where responsibilities involved payroll management and expatriate staff relations. Olayinka also has a rich background in administrative roles and client service, having worked as Executive Assistant to the Chairman/MD at Cyrus and Jenny Construction and Client Service Executive at Skade Limited. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Madonna University Nigeria and a Diploma in Marketing & Sales Management. Olayinka is recognized with the SPHRiâ„¢ certification.
