Dean Rodel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial and procurement roles across various industries. Currently, Dean serves as the Group Procurement Director at Promasidor since January 2022. Prior to this position, Dean held the role of Group Financial Controller at Food Products International Ltd from February 2011 to March 2023. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Financial Accountant at Island Heritage Insurance Company from February 2007 to June 2010 and as an Audit Supervisor at RSM Betty and Dickson from January 2002 to December 2006. Dean Rodel is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and holds a BCompt, Bachelor of Accounting Science from Unisa, as well as a BCom Honours, CTA from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
