Previously, Rafael held the position of Gerente at Financiera Contigo, managing sales teams and credit supervision, and served as Gerente Prevención de Pérdidas at Super Smart, S.A. de C.V., where risk detection and loss prevention policies were implemented across over 100 stores. Early career experience includes working as Gerente Comercial at Grupo Ponce y Asociados, focusing on asset protection and commercial strategies.
