Avianna Johnson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Administrator at The ProLift Rigging Company, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Avianna was a Benefits Specialist with the City of Memphis from September 2022 to May 2023, focusing on employee education and support regarding health, life, and legal benefits.
