Andi Minarcin has extensive work experience in the IT industry. They started their career as a Sr. IT Manager at PeopleSoft in 1995 and held this role until 2005. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Blue Shield of California, initially as a Sr. IT Manager - Service Mgmt. and later as a Sr. IT Manager, focusing on EDI Platform Services. In 2012, Andi Minarcin joined Prolifics as the Director of Healthcare Business Development. They are currently still working in this role.

Andi Minarcin earned a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Arizona Global Campus in the years 2021 to 2025. Prior to that, they attended Sonoma State University from 1985 to 1987, studying Computer Science. Additionally, Andi obtained several certifications, including "Stepping Up Your Webcam Video Presence" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB)" from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA in 2016, "ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements (ITIL-SOA)" from Loyalist Certification Services in 2009, and "IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL)" from APM in 2007.
