Ben Selby is an accomplished technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Technical Lead at Prolific since April 2022, focusing on improving participant experiences and establishing testing standards. Previously, Ben held key roles at EMIS Health, including Lead Software Development Engineer, where involvement in a tech transformation to AWS was significant, and at Plusnet, where Ben led multiple projects and managed a team. Early career experience includes co-founding Little Tree Software Ltd., and developing compliance software at Mobile Safety Solutions. Ben holds a First-Class BSc in Software Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
