Micaela Vaughn, MHA, is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Value Based Care Operations Analyst at Proliance Surgeons. Responsibilities include analyzing patient data for marketing expansion and collaborating on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
