Charmagne Parker has held a variety of roles in the business and financial industries since 2001. Charmagne began their career as a Reports Developer/Business Analyst at Warner Music Group in 2001. In 2007, they moved to j2 Global as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst. In 2008, they joined the Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies as a Sr. Business Analyst/Application Developer. In 2010, they became an Insurance Agent at Bankers Life and Casualty Company. In 2012, they moved to the Writers Guild of America West as a Technical Business Analyst/Project Manager. In 2013, they joined Sony Pictures Entertainment as a Sr. Business Analyst and Prudential Financial as a Financial Advisor. In 2015, they joined City of Pasadena as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst and Boingo Wireless as a Program Manager. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Prolacta Bioscience as a Business Intelligence Analyst III.

Charmagne Parker's education history includes a Certified Scrum Product Owner from ScrumAlliance in 2020, a Certification from Aveta Solutions in 2009 for Six Sigma Black Belt & Lean Certifications, a M.S. from Southern Polytechnic State University in Computer Science and Human Ergonomics from 1995 to 1997, and a B.S. from LeMoyne-Owen College in Computer Science and Mathematics from 1986 to 1990.
