Pan Archontakis, MBA, currently serves as an Associate Partner at Prokura since August 2022. Previously, in a dual role as Executive Consultant at State of Flux from January 2020 to July 2022, Pan focused on business growth and client service across various sectors. During tenure at Accenture from August 2018 to January 2020, Pan was a Senior Management Consultant responsible for client engagements and mentoring within a practice of over 30 individuals. At Efficio from October 2016 to August 2018, Pan led client engagement delivery and business development initiatives. Prior experiences include an Engineering Consultant position at Atkins, managing asset integrity and inspections in the Oil and Gas sector, and early roles at V+A Engineering Consultants focused on structural design. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Bayes Business School and advanced degrees in Civil Engineering and Structural Steel Design.
