Casey Hewens has a diverse work experience in the field of UI/UX design, strategy, and consulting. They have worked for various companies and also as a freelancer, consulting and contracting in UI/UX, user research, UX strategy, and service design. Casey has experience in designing and developing brand identities, responsive websites, and event materials for small businesses and non-profit organizations. They have also worked as a UI/UX Design Mentor at Springboard, helping students with their projects and providing industry insights. In addition, Casey has served as a Principal Experience Designer at Think Company, collaborating with clients in various industries to create digital solutions using a user-centered approach. They have also worked as a Product Designer at Paylocity, creating intuitive designs and conducting user interviews. Casey also has experience as a User Experience Designer at Universal Mind, where they worked with a range of clients to develop concepts and meet the needs of both end-users and business objectives. They have also worked as a Graphic Designer at the Ferris State University Design Project Center, where they evaluated user experience and implemented strategies to increase customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Casey worked as a Resident Advisor/Desk Service Manager at Ferris State University, engaging residents, counseling and advising, and managing a front desk team.
