Tom Broome has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of companies and roles. Tom currently serves as the VP of Customer Success, EMEA and APAC at project44, where they lead a team responsible for customer success and delivering a world-class customer experience. Prior to this, they held the role of VP of Customer Success, EMEA at project44. Before joining project44, Tom was the Director of Customer Success, Europe at ClearMetal, a project44 Company. Tom was the first ClearMetal employee in Europe and achieved significant revenue growth and customer retention. Tom also has experience at Elementum, where they held the positions of Senior Principal, Customer Success and Business Transformation Lead, Customer Success. At JOOR, they served as the Director of Professional Services, responsible for onboarding, renewals, and upsells. Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Deloitte as a Strategy & Operations Manager and Senior Consultant, and at Towers Watson as an Investment Analyst. Tom started their professional journey at RS Consulting as an Analyst.
Tom Broome has pursued a degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and has completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants program at BPP University.
