Chelsea Chen is a Doctoral Student at Seton Hall University and serves as a Psychology Extern at Kean University. Currently, Chelsea is also a Graduate Application Mentor for Project SHORT, an initiative aimed at reducing socioeconomic inequalities in medical and graduate admissions. Earlier experience includes roles as a Pre Practicum Psychology Trainee at Good Grief, Inc., and Research Assistant positions at The University of Alabama, the University of Connecticut, and Connecticut Children's Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed participant recruitment and the administration of assessments in various psychological studies. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiology and Neurobiology from the University of Connecticut, where experiences included work as a clinical research technician and undergraduate research assistant.
