Terry Schmidt is the Founder and President of ManagementPro.com, where a passion for practical systems thinking aids organizations in sharpening their strategies and translating them into actionable results. With a career spanning over four decades, Terry has served as a Senior Faculty member at UCLA Extension, teaching mid-career leaders in the Technical Management Program, and as a Faculty Member at the Institute for Management Studies, focusing on strategic goals and project management. Active in professional organizations, Terry contributes to the Association for Strategic Planning as a core team member for the National Certification Task Force and has been recognized as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute. Previously, Terry's roles included Strategy Instructor at MIT Professional Education, Global Partner at Haines Centre, and Consultant & Faculty at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Terry's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy, Policy, and Entrepreneurship from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Washington.
